Geoff Wilde, Treasurer

Mr. Wilde is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS in Architecture, 1991, and of the College of William and Mary with an MBA in Finance, 1998.  His career in finance began with Sea-Land Shipping in Charlotte, NC, a subsidiary of US rail operator CSX, and then as Finance Director for international container ports developer and operator CSX World Terminals.  After completing the sale of CSX World Terminals in 2005, Mr. Wilde joined energy services company Ameresco Inc, in the development and project financing of its renewable energy portfolio.  Mr. Wilde joined AREVA in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of joint venture subsidiary SGT LLC, in charge of finance and procurement for the company in its development and execution of steam generator replacement and related projects.  In 2010, he transferred to Bethesda, MD as financial controller for AREVA NC Inc, AREVA Enrichment Services and AREVA Med.
