Macropa Licensing Disclaimer

Macropa is a proprietary compound sublicensed by Macrocyclics, Inc. under rights granted by Ratio Therapeutics, Inc.

• Exclusive Commercial Rights: Macrocyclics holds the exclusive right to manufacture, market, and commercially distribute Macropa in a standalone, contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) capacity.
• Field-of-Use Restrictions: The use of Macropa is strictly prohibited in any diagnostic or therapeutic application within the PSMA or the SSTR2 Field, unless expressly authorized under a separate license from Ratio Therapeutics.
• †Purchase Volume Limitations: Macropa is controlled by Ratio Therapeutics, Inc. (“Ratio”) and is being utilized and sold by Macrocyclics pursuant to a license from Ratio. Macrocyclics is only authorized to sell or utilize up to 10mg vials of Macropa to a customer in a single purchase order unless and until the customer has entered into a license with Ratio for Macropa, and Ratio has provided written confirmation to Macrocyclics authorizing the sale or use of greater volumes. Customers interested in purchasing or utilizing larger quantities of Macropa may contact Ratio directly to discuss the terms of a license.
